DoiT International is looking for a candidate to join our fast-paced and high-growth business development team. This team supports sales by identifying opportunities and customers. The ideal candidate will be prepared to work in a high-volume environment, achieve activity-based metrics and establish relationships. A successful candidate will use intelligent prospecting persistence to identify, create and qualify opportunities; then work with the broader team to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years B2B Sales or Recruiting experience and a history of over-delivering on activity and sales goals. In addition, a successful candidate will have the ability to pivot quickly as this team continues to develop new offerings to better serve our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attain daily activity metrics: new opportunities identified, outbound calls made, decision makers contacted, leads qualified
  • Qualify leads in/out quickly and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest offering/product/service information.
  • Clearly articulate the compelling value propositions
  • Capture, track, and advance qualified leads in Hubspot CRM and maintain accurate information to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base, including identifying areas for process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years Cold Calling / Prospecting experience
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.
  • As this team is often the first touch to the customer, bar-raising professionalism and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships
  • Experience managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency with G suite - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
